Our Apartments at 51 Penn Avenue
Our apartments are located at 51 Penn Avenue less than a block from campus near the Marwick-Boyd auditorium. The building has eight apartments...four upper level and four lower level. Each apartment has two bedrooms. We rent to groups of 2, 3, or 4 tenants per apartment. There is a large, open living-kitchen-dining area with a refrigerator and stove included. Living room furniture as well as a kitchen table with four chairs is available, if needed. There are washer & dryer hookups (washer & dryer not included). Each bedroom has a very generous closet and a large built-in desk. The bedrooms as well as the bathroom each have a large floor to ceiling shelf storage area. Please call for our very reasonable rental rates...utilities are included except for TV cable and internet! All apartments have been leased for the Fall 2012/Spring 2013 semesters. Apartments are available for the Summer 2012 Sessions.
